Wilhelmine Christine “Christina” Graf

Daughter of *George Frederick Gottlieb Graeff and *Caroline Moeser;

Sister of John Graf (Wife, Theresa Graf), George Graf (Wife, Augusta Karl), Charles Graf (wife, Louise Graf), Christian Graf (Wife, Louisa A. Schultz), Wilhelm Graf( Wife, Christina Elizabeth Shultz), and William Henry Graf (Wife, Lizzie Graf);

Beloved wife of *Henry William Siebecker, whom Christina married in Waldeck, Germany; they immigrated to the United States sometime around 1854, settling in Sauk County, Wisconsin, where Christina’s siblings were already residing; they came to this country with husband William’s Father and Uncle George Siebecker, as well as with their five children who were born in Germany; they would add three more children to their family, who would be born in Suak county, Wisconsin.

Christina is the Mother of Louise Siebecker Schwartz, *William P. Siebecker (Wife, *Frances Schwartz), Chrales F. Siebecker (Wife, Margret Evens), Frederick C. Siebecker (Wife Caroline Roick), Christine Marie Siebecker (Husband, Joseph Kunzelman), Robert George Siebecker (Wife, Josephine “Josie” LaFollette…Robert would go on to become the Chief Justice of the Sate of Wisconsin), Caroline Siebecker (Husband, Henry Waffernschmidt), and Ida Siebecker (Husband, Carl Isenburg).

William and Christina worked the land in Sauk County, farmers alongside many of the Graf and Siebecker family members…they lived near her brother Christian Graf and his family and husband William continued to live near them after Christina’s death.

Wilhelmine Christine “Christina” Graf Sibecker… Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Niece, Cousin, and friend to all who knew her.

Christina died in Sumpter Township, Sauk County, Wisconsin on April 18, 1876; She is buried near her Husband and family at the Kingston Cemetery in Prairie du Sac. She is remebered by all of the family stories passed along through the generations, and websites like this.
